Wednesday, Jan. 02, 2002 11:50 a.m. Happy New Years Everybody!!!! So far, if you can believe, I am already having problems with my 'friends'. No wait i take that back. I am having trouble with the people i am forced to hang out with. So we are at the NYE party @ my friends house, it was already sucking because there were all these really young kids. (I'm talking like 5 years old young...no exaggeration) So we couldn't do anything. So we actually played this game...ummm...It was called Catch Phrase or something, I think. That was fun But not Party fun...ya know . Oh and to make things even better (or worse) my friend's mom made sure to have virtually no alcohol @ this party, except for toasting wine. So i was bent out of shape @ like 9:30. At about 9:40 my friend, my sister & I went outside to dance or something more than standing around watching our annoying friends sit on each other in dark corners, although they just told us nothing was going on between them. We aren't stupid FYI. (Matt & Nikki have the go ahead since they are getting married...so they are okay) We go outside and are trying to salvage whatever is left of having fun, & the crapfaces follow us out, to call us names to our faces, for dancing out side. Real nice , right? So I went back inside I didn't say anything because I would have gotten in trouble. Yes me. It is because I am kinda like the low girl on the food chain. I don't mind so much except when things like this happen. So I go inside try to stop my friend from killing the 'Crap Faces' and then I go to one of the rooms in the house where everyone was at the time listening to music. Now it is about 11:15. I sit down next to my brother and he tells I'm showing my anger too much. I told him not to worry about it. And the guy that was calling me names beforehand starts being a big loser and asking me what I think of 'Brand New' because Joe has the CD and he put it on,and I said' I bought the Cd didn't I?". (See there is a history with Nikki & the Lacey Family and it kind of a touchy one right now so I was kinda on the bad side of the argument....You see, these people don't like anyone who isn't like them which probably explains why they aren't MY biggest fans) So this guy starts making fun of me about that. I was tierd of him so I went to the TV room. We counted down to the ball, and left not so happy. I have to go I'll finish later. |
